1807 NEW BERLIN BICENTENNIAL 2007
LIVING HISTORY PROJECT
Everyone who resides in New Berlin is welcome to participate in this on-going Bicentennial Project that
will provide an historical thumbnail sketch of life as it is in New Berlin today. Include your name and address,
family members, a photo or picture and why you live in New Berlin, how long you have lived here, where your
families came from and what you love about being here. Organizations, Government Bodies, Schools,
Businesses and Churches are encouraged to participate and include similar information on the downloadable
pages that can be accessed below.
Copies of blank pages are also available at The New Berlin Library and Museum and the
South New Berlin Free Library. A place to return pages at the libraries is provided.
When the Tercentennial rolls around villagers will be able to see who was here a hundred years before and have
a good sense of what our 21st century community was like in its entirety.
The end result will include the original volume assembled by category, arranged alphabetically and located at
Town Hall, 30 North Main Street, New Berlin, NY 13411. Copies will be located at the two Libraries.
Criteria for inclusion require that:
- The content be edifying
- The official form be used and returned by December 31, 2007 (signed by the person completing the page with
a contact phone number in case of questions).
Please click on the appropriate page listed below to download the MS Word file to your computer. Fill in the information and
return by email to nblivinghistory@frontiernet.net, or mail to Bonnie Jean Bauer, PO Box 886, New Berlin, NY 13411.
